as a builder, i'm always tinkering with stuff, so i grabbed this tire on a whim after seeing it online. i was hoping for a big upgrade for my scooter, but it's been a mixed bag. the first ride was awesome—super smooth and quiet, and i felt confident even on slick streets. but over time, the installation hassle came back to bite me; it wasn't the quick swap they promised. i've put about a month into using it, and while it's better than the old one, it's not the game-changer i expected. for the cost, i probably should've waited for something more durable. still, it's decent if you're in a pinch, but i'm a bit disappointed it didn't live up to the hype. :)
- Pros: the grip on wet roads is impressive, it really holds tight and makes me feel safer when i'm out in the rain. the ride is much smoother now, bumps don't shake me around like they used to, and it's way quieter, which i didn't expect but love for my daily commute.
- Cons: it didn't fit as easily as they said—i had to struggle a bit to get it on, and after a few weeks, i noticed some wear on the edges that makes me worry about how long it'll last. it's too pricey for what it delivers, and the smoothness isn't consistent on really rough patches.
