i bought this on a whim because it looked cute and my daughter loves robots. we've had it for a couple of months now, and it's been a mixed bag. she enjoys making it dance and sing with her gestures, and it's helped with her coordination, which is a plus. but honestly, it feels a bit overhyped—the novelty wears off quickly, and it's not as durable as i hoped after some rough play. compared to other toys in the same price range, it's okay but not amazing. i'd say it's fine for occasional fun, but don't expect it to be a daily favorite. :)
- Pros: the gesture control is a game changer, making it very easy for my kid to play with just by waving hands. it's built tough and survived a few drops, which i appreciate. delivery was quick, and it does get the little one moving and laughing, which is fun.
- Cons: the sound quality seems a bit tinny, and the movements can be jerky at times. it doesn't hold a charge for long, so we're constantly recharging. for the price, i expected something a bit smoother and more reliable.
