Before I got this, I was always worried about missing packages or not knowing who was at the door, but now I can check things out from my couch, which is a big improvement. However, the video isn't always clear, and there are moments when it just doesn't connect properly, which makes me a bit unhappy. Overall, it's a decent upgrade, but not perfect—I wish it were more reliable.
