The scale uses 8 electrodes—four on the platform and four on the handle—to measure 28 body composition metrics, from body fat to muscle mass to hydration. Dual-frequency currents scan your limbs and torso separately, giving readings that correlate with DEXA lab results at 0.985 or higher. This means you get reliable trends, not just random numbers. After each weigh-in, the bright TFT screen shows 7 key stats and marks how they differ from your last measurement.
Setting up athlete mode is easy for regular exercisers, while child and youth modes adjust algorithms for younger users. The app saves every session and lets you view daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly charts. You can even generate a detailed report to share with your doctor or trainer. Bluetooth syncs automatically when you open the app, so no manual entry needed.
The scale is built tough with a 400-pound capacity and tempered glass surface. Note: Do not use if pregnant or if you have a pacemaker or other internal medical device.
