NORTH EDGE X-TREK 2 GPS Sports Smartwatch: 1.43 AMOLED display
If you're the type who loves a good adventure or just can't sit still, the NORTH EDGE X-TREK 2 GPS Sports Smartwatch might just be your new best friend. Picture this: a 1.43 AMOLED display so crisp, you'll forget you're outdoors (until you trip over a root, but hey, that's on you). It's got GPS route tracking to make sure you don't get lost in the middle of nowhere—because let's face it, not all of us have a built-in sense of direction. And yes, it's 3ATM waterproof, so go ahead, take it for a swim or dance in the rain; it won't judge. Plus, with Bluetooth calling, you can chat away without fumbling for your phone (multitasking at its finest). And for those who like to climb things, the built-in altitude compass is like having a mini sherpa on your wrist.
Here's the lowdown on what makes this watch tick:
- That stunning 1.43 AMOLED display? It's like having a mini TV on your wrist—minus the bad reality shows.
- GPS tracking keeps you on the straight and narrow, or at least tells you how far you've strayed.
- Waterproof up to 3ATM, because your watch should survive your adventures as well as you do.
- Bluetooth calling means you're never out of touch, even if you're out of reach.
- And the altitude compass? It's basically your guide to not getting lost in the great outdoors.

my first impression of this north edge watch was pretty positive; it arrived in good condition and set up easily. i've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it's become a regular part of my routine, especially for keeping an eye on my walks with the dog—helps me track our routes without pulling out my phone. the display is clear and vibrant, making it easy to see notifications or check the time quickly. i appreciate that it's durable enough for my active lifestyle, handling bumps and splashes without issue. the call feature is convenient, though i don't use it too much, and the altitude thing is neat for hikes, though i'm not a big climber. on the downside, the battery life is a letdown; i have to charge it almost daily if i'm using the tracking, which is a hassle. also, it's not the most comfortable for all-day wear, and the software can be a bit glitchy at times. overall, it's a solid choice for someone on a budget who wants basic smart features, but it's not perfect. i'd recommend it with some reservations :)
- Pros: i found the screen to be quite sharp and easy to read, even in bright daylight, which is super practical for checking things on the go. the way it keeps track of where i've been is really handy for not getting lost, and being able to take calls directly from my wrist without needing my phone is a nice touch. it's also held up well when i've been around water, like washing hands or caught in the rain, so that's a big plus.
- Cons: the battery doesn't last as long as i'd hoped, especially when using the location features a lot, so i have to charge it more often than i'd like. it can feel a bit bulky on my wrist at times, which might not be ideal for everyone, and the interface could be a bit smoother—sometimes it lags when i'm switching between functions.
