I've been using it for a couple of months now, and while it does deliver hot water almost instantly—which is awesome for my tea after workouts—the noise is a downside that bugs me. It's friendly enough for daily use, and my child can operate it safely, which is a plus. But I'm a bit skeptical about how long it wlil last; it just doesn't feel as robust as other appliances I own. Overall, it's quite convenient, but I wish it were quieter and more durable. I'd reommend it with some reservations, hence the four-star feel.
