as someone who bought this on a whim after seeing an ad online, i was hoping for a quick fix to get some exercise in without a big setup it does what it says – i can twist and count my reps, and it's quiet and stable but honestly, it's not a game-changer for fitness after using it for a couple of months, i find myself getting bored and not reaching for it as much it's fine for light use or if you're just starting out, but don't expect miracles the manual was helpful in setting it up, but there's not much to it overall, it's an okay product but nothing special i'd say it's decent for the price if you're impulsive like me and want something simple
- Pros: i like that it doesn't slip when i use it on my hardwood floors, which is a big plus since i'm not the most coordinated guy 😅 the quiet operation means i can twist away without bothering my partner or the neighbors, and the little screen that counts my twists keeps me motivated to do a few more each time it's super easy to store under the couch too, so it doesn't add clutter to my small apartment
- Cons: the display is a bit hard to read in low light, and after a while, the twisting motion feels too repetitive and boring for my taste it doesn't really challenge me much beyond the basics, and i wish it had more ways to mix things up for a better workout the build quality seems okay but not amazing, most likely it won't last forever with daily use
