So I got this thing to keep an eye on the conditions in my home office and greenhouse here in Phoenix where it gets brutally hot and dry I asked myself why did I buy this Well as a marketer and researcher I like to have solid data on hand and this delivers The readings seem spot on most of the time and it was simple to get started no fuss at all I just set it up and forgot about it until I needed a check But after a couple of weeks I started to see some delays in how fast it responds to changes and the plastic casing feels a bit cheap for the price I paid It does its job well for basic monitoring but I wish it had a battery option for more flexibility Overall its a good tool for anyone needing to track their environment without complications but it has its quirks that keep it from being perfect
- Pros: I found this sensor to be quite accurate in measuring temperature and humidity it gives reliable data that I trust for my needs and its very easy to set up just plug it in and it starts working right away also its small size means it can fit almost anywhere without being in the way
- Cons: After using it for a while I noticed it can be a bit slow to update readings sometimes and the build feels a bit light which makes me worry about durability over time also it only works when connected to power which limits where I can place it without outlets nearby
