Meet the Square Smart Watch P22 from StrideBox—your new sidekick for an on-the-go life. It’s not just a watch; it’s like having a mini health lab on your wrist. Ever wondered how your heart’s doing during that morning jog? The real-time heart rate monitoring has got you covered. And if you’ve ever woken up feeling like you’ve wrestled a bear all night, the sleep analysis feature might just explain why.

But wait, there’s more (because who doesn’t love a good bonus?). Keep tabs on your blood oxygen levels, because apparently, breathing is important. Stay in the loop with Bluetooth connectivity that’ll buzz your wrist with notifications—so you’ll never miss a text (or a meme). And for those who can’t decide between running, cycling, or pretending to exercise, the multiple sports modes are here to cheer you on.

Decision:

as a dad trying to stay on top of my health without spending a fortune, this watch from stridebox has been a decent find. i've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it's extremely handy for keeping track of my fitness goals. the heart rate monitor works well during my jogs, and i appreciate the sleep analysis—it pointed out some bad habits i didn't realize i had. the sports modes are simple to use, even for a beginner like me, and i like that it buzzes for notifications so i don't miss stuff from the family. on the downside, the blood oxygen feature seems unreliable; it gives readings that don't always make sense, and the bluetooth can cut out, which is frustrating when i'm relying on it. delivery was a day late, but no big deal. overall, it's a good deal for the price, and i'd recommend it to other budget-conscious folks looking to dip their toes into health tracking.

  • Pros: i really liked how it keeps an eye on my heart all the time, especially during runs—it feels like having a little health buddy on my wrist. the sleep stuff is pretty cool too; it showed me why i wake up tired, which is helpful. getting alerts for messages without pulling out my phone is a nice touch, and the different exercise options make it easy to track whatever i'm doing.
  • Cons: i expected more from the blood oxygen thing—it seems a bit off sometimes and doesn't add much for me. the bluetooth connection can be finicky, dropping now and then, which is annoying. also, the delivery was delayed a day, but it was fine in the end, just a minor hassle.
