First impression when I unboxed it was that it looked sturdy and well made which is good because I rely on it for our backup power especially with a kid in the house I hooked it up to my solar panels and battery and it started working right away no issues there I like that it handles the energy flow so well squeezing out every bit from the sun and protecting the battery from overcharging Ive used it for a few weeks now and its been solid no hiccups but I did have to spend some time figuring out the connections which was a bit annoying as a brand loyalist I usually stick with Home Dec products and this one meets expectations mostly though it could have a few tweaks to make it perfect for the price its a decent choice and I RECOMMEND it if youre into solar setups but dont expect it to be flawless overall it does what it says and keeps things running smoothly
- Pros: I was fairly impressed with how this thing manages power from my panels it keeps the battery charged efficiently and safely even on cloudy days which is a huge plus for my off grid setup at home it feels reliable and smart just doing its job without fuss
- Cons: It could be a bit smaller or have a better display for monitoring but honestly my main gripe is the setup was a bit fiddly and it might not be the absolute best in its price range compared to others Ive tried
