As someone who's been using Tuya products for a while, I was excited to try this gateway, and overall, it's a solid addition to my smart home setup. It does what it promises by bridging different types of devices, and I appreciate that it integrates seamlessly with my voice assistants—makes life easier, especially for controlling lights and other bits from the couch. The automation features are nice for setting schedules, like having things turn on and off automatically. However, it's not perfect; I've had a few moments where it lost connection, and I wish the range was better to cover my whole flat without needing extra adjustments.
