Before I got this, I was always hesitant to answer the door, relying on just listening or peeking through the tiny hole, which felt insecure and annoying. Now, with this device, I can see everything clearly from inside my home, and it's changed how I handle deliveries or unexpected guests. It's not flawless—the delays and battery life are drawbacks—but for the most part, it does what it promises and adds a layer of comfort to my daily routine. I'd recommend it with some reservations, as it's a good step up but not the ultimate solution.
- Pros: The screen is super clear, making it easy to see who's at the door without any fuzziness, and I liked that it works well even in the dark, lighting up everything nicely. Setting it up was a breeze with no wires to mess with, and it feels like a solid upgrade from my old peephole, letting me check on visitors discreetly.
- Cons: As it seemed to me, the video quality isn't perfect in very bright light, sometimes looking a bit washed out, and I wish the battery lasted longer between charges. It can be slow to start up when someone rings the bell, which might make me miss quick visits, and the overall design feels a bit bulky on my door.
