Before getting this, I was constantly dealing with messy trash bags and having to touch the lid, which was a hassle with a young child around. Now, it's much cleaner and more hygienic; I can toss things in without a second thought. It's made kitchen duties smoother, and I find myself taking out the trash less often. Overall, it's a solid upgrade that fits well into our smart home setup, though it has its minor quirks.
- Pros: I really appreciate how it opens on its own when I approach, making it very convenient for quick cleanups, especially when my hands are full from cooking. It's very quiet, so it doesn't disturb our family time, and it holds a good amount of waste without needing frequent emptying. The build feels sturdy, and it integrates well with my other home devices, which is a nice touch.
- Cons: I didn't like that it sometimes doesn't sense my presence immediately, which can be a bit frustrating.
