i bought this as a gift for myself, thinking it would be a game-changer for my back pain from long study sessions and tinkering with cars. the expectation was high—i imagined deep relief like a pro massage, but the reality is it's just okay. it does provide some comfort, and i appreciate the ease of use at home, but it doesn't fully deliver on the promise. for the price, i expected more durability and effectiveness. it's not terrible, but i'm left feeling a bit disappointed; it seems like it could be better with some improvements. maybe good for occasional use, but not a must-have.
