So, why did I even get this thing? As a guy with kids, I needed something simple to track my weight and more, and this does the job. It's easy to use, just step on and it does its thing, sending data to my phone. But honestly, I'm a bit skeptical—is it REALLY giving me the full picture? I mean, it's fine for basics, and it's better than a regular scale, but I wouldn't call it perfect. For the price, it's decent, but not amazing. Would I recommend it? Yeah, if you're into this kind of tech and already have Garmin gear, otherwise maybe not worth the hype.
- Pros: It's super convenient to have all my health numbers in one place, and it syncs up with my other Garmin stuff without any hassle. The scale looks nice and fits well in my bathroom, not like some ugly gadget I have to hide.
- Cons: Sometimes I wonder if it's really that accurate—could be wrong, but it feels a bit off with the body fat readings. And it was delayed a day in delivery, which was annoying but not a big deal.
