Before I got this, I was always running around turning lights off manually, and it was a hassle, especially when I forgot and left them on all night. Now, with this switch, I can just tap my phone to handle it, which is quite convenient. But honestly, the installation was a pain because of that neutral wire thing—I had to call a friend who knows more about wiring, and it cost me extra time and effort. It does what it says, but it's not perfect; sometimes the app takes a second to respond, and I wish it were smoother. For the price, it's okay, but I expected better from a smart device. I'd say it's a decent upgrade if your setup is ready for it, but check your wiring first! :)
- Pros: It works out of the box with no extra gadgets needed, just plug into WiFi and it's ready. I like that I can control the lights from my phone even when I'm not home, which is handy for saving energy and peace of mind.
- Cons: The setup requires a neutral wire, which my old house didn't have, so I had to get help installing it. It seems a bit finicky at times, and the remote access can lag, making it not as reliable as I'd hoped.
