I bought these lights to upgrade the lighting in my home office and living area, aiming for something modern and controllable. After using them for a couple of months, they do the job but with some hiccups. The colour options are impressive, and I like being able to set a cooler light for work and warmer for evenings. However, the smrat features aren't always reliable; for instance, the voice commands via my assistant device often misinterpret what I want, leading to manual corrections. The app is functional but could be smoother—it's not as intuitive as I'd hoped. On the plus side, they're energy-efficient and haven't overheated, which is good for safety. Overall, they're decent for the price, but I expected beyter performance from a smart product. If you're patient with tech, they might suit you, but they're not perfect.
- Pros: The installation was straightforward, and they blend into the ceiling very well, making them unobtrusive. I appreciate the ability to change colours and adjust the warmth of the light aesily through the app, which is handy for different times of day. Grouping them for control is efficient, and the music sync adds a fun touch for gatherings.
- Cons: The voice control can be a bit naff at times, not always responding accurately. The app sometimes lags, making adjustments frustrating. The lights might not be as bright as expectrd in larger rooms, and the initial setup required a bit of fiddling with the network connection.
