As an office worker who's careful with spending, I got this ring hoping it would help me stay on top of my health without any fuss. It does a decent job with the basics like monitoring my heart and sleep, but I noticed some inconsistencies. For example, the sleep data didn't always match how rested I felt in the mornings, which was a bit disappointing. I appreciate that it's waterproof and works with my Android phone, making it convenient for daily use. However, the fit isn't perfect—it can feel a bit uncomfortable during long wear, and I wish it were more discreet. Overall, it's okay for the price, but not as reliable as I'd hoped for someone who likes things to be just right. I might keep using it for now, but I'm not fully satisfied :)
