I had this old lock that was a pain with keys, especially when walking the dog in the rain. Got this GoolRC thing as a solution, and it's been fairly good. The fingerprint part is solid, no more fumbling, and the voice control is handy for those times I'm carrying shopping. Takeaway: it does what it says, though not perfect, a solid 4/5 :)
- Pros: Fairly easy to set up and use, the fingerprint thing works well for quick entry, and I like that I can open it with my phone or just by talking to my Google device when my hands are full. It feels secure and has been reliable so far.
- Cons: Could be wrong but the app is a bit fiddly for a beginner like me, and sometimes it doesn't recognize my voice right away, which is annoying when I'm in a hurry. The price was a bit high for my budget too.
