as a chef i'm always on the go and need something reliable for my gear this lingjingWL lock seemed like a good fit when i picked it up a couple months back i use it mostly for my camera bag when i'm out shooting photos in the city the steel cable is thick and feels tough but i've noticed it gets warm to the touch in the heat which is annoying the combo is easy to remember but dialing it in isn't as smooth as i'd like it takes a bit of effort sometimes overall it does the job well for keeping things locked up and it's held up through some rain and rough handling but i'm cautious about long term durability it's not perfect but for the price it's a solid choice i'd recommend it with some reservations
- Pros: the lock feels incredibly sturdy with its metal build and that steel cable wraps around things easily it's approved for travel so no worries at baggage checks setting my own code was simple and i like not carrying keys it's small and light so i can take it anywhere without hassle
- Cons: it runs hot in the miami sun which makes handling it a bit uncomfortable at times and while it seems secure i'm always skeptical about how well it holds up against real tampering the combo dial could be smoother it feels a bit stiff when i use it
