I bought this as a gift for my son who's into martial arts and ended up trying it myself. It's fun and a good way to blow off steam after a long day of freelancing, but I'm not sure it's worth the hype. The speed and accuracy parts are cool, but it feels a bit basic after a while. Overall, it's decent but not amazing—maybe good for starters.
- Pros: It seems very easy to set up and fits nicely in my living room without taking much space. The adjustable target keeps things interesting and the included gloves are surprisingly sturdy. I like that it works for different types of workouts and feels like a real partner without any risk of getting hit.
- Cons: It can be a bit finicky to get the reactions just right sometimes and the instructions could be clearer for beginners like me. After a few weeks, it seems to lose its novelty and I wish it had more variety to keep me motivated long-term.
