before using this, my core was weak from sitting all day for work, and i hated workouts. now, after a couple months, there's a bit more definition, but it's not a replacement for real exercise. it's handy for lazy days or when i'm busy with diy projects around the house. overall, it does what it says, but manage expectations :)
