as a mom who's always looking for things to make bedtime easier, i picked this up after reading a lot about it. i've been using it for a couple of months now, and it's been a mixed bag. on the plus side, the automatic shut-off is a lifesaver—no more fumbling in the dark! and being able to plug it in instead of dealing with batteries is incredibly convenient. my daughter loves the duck design; it adds a playful touch to her room. but i wish it could get a bit brighter sometimes, like if she wakes up scared and needs more light. also, it gets dusty quickly, so i have to wipe it down often. the touch controls are easy, but the manual could have explained things better. for the price, it's not bad, but it's not perfect either. would i recommend it? maybe, if you're okay with some quirks. it does the job, but there are probably better options out there if you look around.
