as a healthcare worker, i can evaluate that these gloves are decent for basic rehab, but they're not a game-changer. i've used similar devices before, and while these are good for impulsive buys because they're straightforward, they might not be the best for advanced needs. i most likely would recommend them for light use, but not for serious recovery. they've helped me a bit with my own hand stiffness from long shifts, and i enjoy using them while watching tv or something, but i wish they had more features or were a bit sturdier. overall, they're okay, but not amazing. :)
- Pros: i really liked how these gloves help with finger exercises, making it feel like a personal workout for my hands. the massage part is a nice touch to relax the muscles, and it's great that i can use them at home or on the go without much fuss. compared to other things i've tried, they're very easy to set up and start using right away, which is awesome for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of patience.
