i bought this as a gift for my family, and my first impression is mixed. it does a decent job cleaning, especially with the mess from our kids and pets, but it's not perfect. i feel it struggles a bit on different floor types and doesn't always clean evenly. overall, it's helpful but could be improved for the cost.
- Pros: from what i feel, it's very good at picking up pet hair and the wet cleaning leaves my floors looking nice. i like that it runs for a long time on a single charge and finds its way back to the charger without help. the design is sleek and doesn't stand out too much in my home :).
- Cons: it sometimes gets stuck under furniture or on rugs, which is a bit annoying. the app can be glitchy and not always responsive, making it hard to control smoothly. for the price, i expected it to handle obstacles better and have more reliable navigation.
