I bought this on a whim because I was tired of cleaning my floors myself, and most likely it's been a good help. As a single person with a pet, it handles the daily messes well, and I appreciate how it maps out the rooms to avoid obstacles. But I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't clean as deeply as I hoped in some areas, and it took some time to learn how to use all the features effectively. Overall, it's a solid device that saves me time, but it's not perfect.
- Pros: The suction is incredibly strong, making it easy to pick up pet hair and crumbs without any effort. I love that it empties itself into a bag that lasts for weeks, so I don't have to deal with it often. The mopping feature works well with adjustable water flow for different messes, and it navigates my home smoothly without getting stuck on things like pet hair tangled in the brushes.
- Cons: It took a bit of tinkering to get it set up properly, and the delivery was delayed a day, which was a bit frustrating. Sometimes it misses spots in corners or under furniture, and the mopping could be more thorough for tougher stains. The app control is handy but not always intuitive, and I wish it had better options for scheduling without needing to fiddle with it so much.
