I expected this to be the ultimate cleaning solution after all my research, but reality hit when I had to deal with the Wi-Fi issue right out of the box. As a busy healthcare worker with a kid, I need things to just work, and this felt like a step back. On the bright side, it does an amazing job on carpets and the self-emptying feature saves me so much time. I can set it to clean while I'm at work, and come home to spotless floors, which is a huge win for my hectic schedule. But the occasional misses on mopping and the app frustrations keep it from being perfect. Overall, it's a solid pick if you're willing to overlook some quirks.
- Pros: The suction is incredibly strong, it picks up everything from crumbs to pet hair in one go. I love how it avoids obstacles even in low light, and the self-cleaning station is a total game-changer, washing and refilling itself so I can finally relax.
- Cons: It only works on the older type of Wi-Fi, which is kinda meh and a hassle to set up. The mop lifting on carpets is good but sometimes it seems to miss spots on hard floors, and the app can be glitchy with setting boundaries.
