KONNWEI RFID Fingerprint Access Control Machine: 125 kHz RFID technology
Available Options

Meet the RFID Fingerprint Access Control Machine from KONNWEI—your new best friend in keeping things secure without the headache. This isn't just any gadget; it's like the Swiss Army knife of access control, juggling 125 kHz RFID cards, touch fingerprint recognition, and good old password protection like a pro. And yeah, it's wrapped in a tough metal shell because, let's face it, security devices should survive more than a gentle breeze. Thanks to its semiconductor tech, it's quick on the draw with identifications, making it a perfect fit whether you're guarding an office, a warehouse, or Fort Knox's less famous cousin.
Why you'll love it:
- First off, it's got multi-factor authentication—RFID, fingerprint, password. Because one layer of security is so last decade.
- Then there's the robust metal housing. It's not just durable; it's basically indestructible (okay, maybe not, but close).
- And let's not forget the lightning-fast semiconductor sensor. It's quick, reliable, and won't keep you waiting.

i bought this for our small office after our old system failed, and as someone who enjoys fixing things myself, i thought it'd be a good diy project. installation took me a weekend, mostly because the instructions weren't super clear, but i got it working. it's been in use for a couple of months now, and it does its job—keeps unauthorized folks out and lets us in without too much fuss. the multiple ways to get in are handy, especially when i forget my card and just use my finger. but it has its moments; like last week when it didn't recognize my print after i washed my hands, and i had to use the code instead. for the price, it's decent, but i've seen better in terms of reliability. overall, it's functional but not amazing, so i'd say it's okay if you're on a budget and don't mind a few quirks.
- Pros: to be fair, i liked that it can check who's coming in with a card, a fingerprint, or a code, which feels fairly secure. the metal case is tough and has held up well in our office setting, and it's quick to recognize me most of the time, no long waits.
- Cons: most likely, it's not perfect; sometimes it misses my fingerprint if my hands are a bit wet or dirty, and the setup was a bit of a headache, not as plug-and-play as i hoped. also, it feels a bit bulky and not the sleekest thing on the wall.
