before i got these i used to wear those big over ear headphones that made me feel cut off from everything i'd miss my stop on the subway or not hear my husband talking to me from another room it was frustrating after switching to these it's like having the best of both worlds i can enjoy my favorite travel playlists while still being aware of my surroundings they connect wirelessly which is a huge upgrade from all the tangled cords i dealt with before the battery life is amazing i took them on a weekend trip and didn't need to charge them at all they're comfortable for long periods and the water resistance gives me peace of mind during workouts or if it drizzles outside overall they're a solid choice for someone like me who values safety and convenience though i wish the sound was a bit fuller in loud environments :)
- Pros: i love how these let me hear my music and the world around me at the same time it's incredibly freeing no more missing important sounds like a bus announcement or my kids calling me the battery lasts forever i only charged them once and they went for days through all my errands and walks they handle sweat and rain just fine which is great for my active days and the touch controls are so easy to use just a tap to change songs or volume
- Cons: the sound quality isn't as rich as some other headphones i've tried it can feel a bit thin especially with bass heavy music and in noisy places like busy streets it's harder to hear my tunes clearly which can be annoying at times also they don't block out any outside noise so if i want to really immerse myself i have to find a quiet spot
