as someone who's not new to gadgets, i bought these pento smart headphones mainly for my daily walks with my pet. i've been using them for a couple of months now, and overall, they do the job. i appreciate being able to listen to music and still hear cars or people around me—it feels safer. the connection is reliable, and i haven't had any drops, which is a plus. but, i could be wrong, the audio just isn't very impressive; it's a bit flat, and when i'm on the phone, the other person says i sound distant. compared to other options out there, it's decent but not outstanding. for a pragmatist like me, it's functional but not perfect. :)
- Pros: i can say for sure, these are very comfortable for wearing all day, and i like that i can still hear my surroundings, which is great for walking my dog. pairing was a breeze, and the battery lasts a long time, so i don't have to charge it often. it's also nice that it handles a bit of sweat or rain without issues.
- Cons: the sound quality could be better; it's not as rich or full as i'd hoped, and sometimes voices on calls sound a bit muffled. for the price, i expected a bit more, and it doesn't feel as sturdy as some others i've tried in the same range.
