i had this issue with constantly fumbling around my place at night, especially after long dasy, and this light from seahorse home seemed like a solid fix. it does the job fairly well, lighting up when i move, and the rechargeable aspect is a lifesaver. but it's not perfect—sometimes it goes off for no reason, which is annoying, and the construction could be tougher. overall, it's a decent mid-ranger that solves the main problem without being amazing. delivery was delayed a day, but it arrived fine in the end.
- Pros: the motion detection is impressively quick, lighting up the area befoer i even take a step, which is great for avoiding stubbed toes in the dark. i appreciate that it's rechargeable via a common cable, so no more hunting for batteries, and the adjustable brightness is handy for different times of night. it's easy to mount on the wall and works well in hallways.
- Cons: the sensitivity might be a bit too high at times, triggering when it's not needed, and the build feels a bit lightweight, not as sturdy as i'd expect. the charging took longer than atnicipated, and the touch switch can be finicky, not always responding on the first try.
