i bought these on a whim because i needed better lighting in my closet and they have been a pleasant surprise as someone with multiple degrees i appreciate simple effective designs and these deliver the touch control is intuitive no buttons or switches to fuss with and the flexibility lets me get creative i have them snaked around my wardrobe frame and it illuminates everything evenly they are powered by a usb port i had spare so setup was quick a tip for others use a stronger double sided tape if you plan to stick them in high traffic areas to prevent falling overall they seem reliable and have held up well for the short time ive had them making my daily routine smoother especially when cooking and needing to grab ingredients from storage
- Pros: the light strips are extremely bright and make my wardrobe feel like it has its own little sun which is great for finding things in the dark the touch sensor is whisper quiet and very easy to use just a tap turns it on or off and i love that they bend easily to fit in tight spaces like around mirrors or in odd corners the usb power means no fuss with wiring and they seem to use very little electricity which helps with my low income
- Cons: the adhesive could be stronger as they seem to peel off a bit over time especially in warmer areas like my kitchen where i also tried them and the light might be too harsh for some spaces without a way to dim it which i wish was an option
