I got this toy for my cat a couple months back, hoping to get her more active since she's a bit lazy. At first, she was really into it, chasing the ball around and having a blast. It's definitely tough, no doubt about that, she's knocked it around a lot and it's held up fine. But after a few weeks, she started ignoring it more often, and I noticed it doesn't always sense her properly. Maybe it needs better placement or something. I'd say it's a decent toy if your cat is easily amused, but don't expect it to be a miracle worker. For the price, it's okay, but I probably won't buy another one. If you try it, put it in a spot where your cat hangs out a lot to get the most out of it.
- Pros: The toy is built really strong, it can handle my cat's rough play without breaking, which is great. I like that it starts moving on its own when my cat gets near, making it a fun surprise for her. It's perfect for those late-night bursts of energy she has, keeping her entertained.
- Cons: It doesn't work as well as I hoped, sometimes it doesn't react to my cat's movements, which is frustrating. The ball rolls okay but not smoothly all the time, and it can be a bit loud when it's in use. After a while, my cat lost interest in it, so it didn't keep her engaged for long.
