before i got this, i was just guessing about my health, but now i have real data to look at. it's made me more aware of my activity and sleep, and i feel like i'm making better choices. as a student, it fits well with my learning lifestyle, and it was a gift for myself that i'm happy with. it's not the fanciest thing out there, but it does what it says and helps me stay on track :)
