my first impression was that it looked sleek and promised a lot, but after using it for a couple of weeks, i'm incredibly disappointed. it does okay with lighter tasks, but anything heavy-duty is a no-go—it bogs down and makes a racket. as someone who bakes regularly, this doesn't get in the way, but it's not the reliable sidekick i hoped for. most likely, it's fine for occasional use, but if you're serious about baking, you might want to look elsewhere. not terrible, but definitely not worth the hype or the cash.
- Pros: i liked that it feels sturdy and has a comfortable grip, which is nice for longer mixing sessions. the speeds are easy to adjust, letting me control how things mix without much fuss.
- Cons: unfortunately, it struggles a lot with thicker stuff like cookie dough, and the motor gets loud and hot pretty quickly. for the price, i expected it to handle more without issues, and it just doesn't feel as powerful as it should.
