As someone who's always hunting for a good deal and loves anything that can boost my skills, I had high hopes for this training ball. I thought it would be a game-changer for my golf game, maybe even help me drive better like I do with cars—precision matters, right? But in reality, while it's decent for wrist exercises and adds a bit of fun to practice, it didn't transform my swing or correct my posture the way I imagined. It's most likely just a simple tool, not the smart coach it's made out to be. After using it for a couple of weeks, I'm disappointed because I expected more for the price. It's too basic for someone looking for real improvements, and I probably won't rely on it much going forward.
- Pros: I liked that it helped build strength in my wrists, making them feel more flexible, and it was easy to carry around for practice anywhere.
- Cons: Honestly, it didn't live up to the hype for improving my swing or posture as much as I expected, and it feels a bit overpriced for what it does.
