before i got this watch i was using a basic one that just told time and nothing else it was fine but i wanted something more for my fitness routine after getting this casio watch things changed a lot now i can monitor my steps and activities which motivates me to move more especially since i enjoy cycling and riding scooters around ottawa the connection to my phone is very handy for syncing data and its very easy to set up and use however im not completely happy because the inaccuracies in step counting make me doubt the numbers sometimes and the battery doesnt last as long as id like which means i have to charge it more often than i prefer overall its a good upgrade from what i had before and it serves its purpose well but it could be improved with better accuracy and battery life
- Pros: i really like how tough this watch is it feels very solid and can handle a lot of abuse which is great for my active lifestyle the step counting is intuitive and syncs easily with my phone so i can keep track of my progress without any hassle the style is also cool and it looks good on my wrist making it a nice accessory for everyday wear
- Cons: the battery life could be better most likely it drains faster than i expected especially when using the connection to my phone a lot and the step tracking isnt always very accurate sometimes it counts extra steps when im just moving my arm which is a bit annoying
