As a designer, I appreciate things that solve problems simply, but this one has its flaws. My issue was always having cold lunches at the office, especially with kids' meals getting icy during busy days. This tray seemed like the solution—it heats up fast and is portable. But after using it for a couple of weeks, I noticed it doesn't heat everything evenly; my pizza was warm on one side and cold on the other. The timer is handy to prevent burning, but it's not reliable. On the plus side, it's extremely easy to fold and stash in my bag, and it does keep things warm for a good while. Overall, it helps, but it's not perfect. I'd recommend it with caution if you're okay with some inconsistencies. :)
