so, i got this set a couple months back because my old filters were shot, and with multiple kids running around, i need my machine to work well. q: did they do the job? a: yeah, mostly—it runs fine and was easy to install, no tools needed. q: any big issues? a: well, not really, but they don't feel super durable; one's looking a bit ragged already, and i'm not convinced they're keeping the air as clean as they should. for the price, it's an alright buy if you're on a budget, but i might look for something sturdier next time. overall, it's functional but nothing special.
- Pros: they fit my machine without any trouble and were super simple to put in, which was a relief since i'm not great with this stuff. the suction seems better now, picking up more of the mess my kids leave behind, and the materials feel decent, like they might last a while.
- Cons: i expected better from the quality—after a short time, one filter already seems a bit worn, and it doesn't trap allergens as well as i hoped, with some dust still getting through. it's not a huge upgrade over what i had before, just an okay replacement.
