so i got this water heater a couple months ago and have been using it daily for cooking and stuff it heats water super fast no waiting around which i love but the touch panel is kinda meh it acts up sometimes and the remote is hit or miss i mean its convenient but not reliable i guess for the price its okay but i expected better build quality from neoglint its not terrible but not amazing either just does the job with some annoyances
- Pros: i really like how fast it heats up the water it gets hot extremely quickly which is great for my cooking and cleaning needs the touch panel is easy to use kinda like a phone and the remote control is a nice touch for adjusting things from afar it doesnt take up much space which is perfect for my small kitchen
- Cons: from what i feel the touch panel can be a bit sensitive and i kinda wish it had more temperature settings the remote is handy but sometimes it doesnt respond well which is disappointing and it feels a bit flimsy overall not as durable as i hoped
