Before I got this, I was using a basic manual grinder that took forever and made my arm tired, so having the option to go electric was a big step up. After using it for a couple of months, I've found it's fairly convenient for my daily coffee routine, but it's not perfect. The hand grinding part is smooth and gives me that zen feeling, but the electric mode doesn't save as much time as I expected. It's decent for the price, and I appreciate the durability, but I wish it performed a bit better. Overall, it's an okay upgrade, but not amazing. :)
- Pros: I really liked how I could switch between using it with a motor or just turning it by hand, which is pretty neat for different moods. It's also small and doesn't take up much room on my counter, and it feels solid and well-made, like it'll last a long time without any issues.
- Cons: The grinding isn't as fast as I hoped when using the electric part, and it can be a bit noisy, which is kinda meh. Also, it seems to struggle a bit with very hard beans, making it less reliable for getting a consistent grind every time.
