before i got this, my renault master felt ancient with its basic radio and no smart features, i'm a builder so i like to tinker, but setting this up took some effort and i had to refer to online guides, after installing it, the touchscreen is a huge improvement, very intuitive for switching between navigation and music, i use it daily for my commute and it keeps my kid entertained on drives, the connection to my phone works well most times, though it drops occasionally, navigation is reliable but not always the fastest with updates, overall it's a solid budget-friendly upgrade that makes driving more enjoyable, but it has its flaws that keep it from being perfect
- Pros: the screen is very responsive and makes using maps and music easy, it connects to my phone without any hassle which is great for calls and apps, the navigation helps a lot when i'm driving around san antonio, and it plays all my media smoothly, definitely an upgrade from the old setup in my renault master
- Cons: it could be wrong but the installation was a bit tricky for a diy guy like me, the sound quality isn't the best and sometimes the screen glitches in bright sunlight, for the price i expected a bit more polish, and it doesn't integrate perfectly with all my phone's features
