As someone who values brand loyalty I had high hopes for this SageTechnology unit expecting it to seamlessly upgrade my car's outdated system The reality however has been a mix of highs and lows The display is intuitive and the wireless features are a nice touch but I found the installation process frustrating and the overall durability questionable It does what it promises in terms of connectivity and screen sharing but it falls short in ease of use and sturdiness making me cautious about long term performance For the price I paid I wanted something more robust and user friendly so while it has its moments it doesn't fully meet my expectations as a reliable car accessory
- Pros: The screen is quite sharp and clear making navigation and viewing content intuitive Bluetooth works well for music and calls without any wires which is handy The compatibility with both major phone systems means I can use it regardless of which device I have and the mirroring feature is fun for sharing things with passengers
- Cons: The setup was not as straightforward as I expected and it feels a bit flimsy in the dash most likely due to the build quality The touchscreen can be slow to respond at times and the FM radio reception is not the best in some areas which is disappointing for a device that should be reliable
