from what i feel, this thing is a real workhorse for keeping the bed clean, especially with pets around. i've used it for a couple weeks now and it's made a big difference in how fresh everything feels. the packaging was intact when it arrived, no issues there. compared to other vacuums i've tried, this one seems more thorough with the extra cleaning steps. it's fairly straightforward to use, just plug it in and go, and the indicator light tells you when you're done. overall, i'm happy with it and it does what it says :)
- Pros: the suction is strong and handles pet hair and dust easily, the long cord lets me clean the whole bed without unplugging, and the heating and light features make me feel like it's really sanitizing things, plus the sensor shows when it's clean which is handy
- Cons: it's a bit heavy to move around and the cord could get tangled sometimes, also the noise is fairly loud which might bother others in the house
