i bought this thinking it would be a quick upgrade for our bathroom, expecting it to work flawlessly like the description said, but in reality, it's hit or miss. with wet hands, it often doesn't register touches, which is a pain when you're trying to turn on the light after a shower. installation was straightforward, i'll give it that, no need for help, but the performance isn't consistent. for the price and brand, i thought it would be better, but it's just okay. not terrible, but not great either. as a family buyer with no kids but pets around, it's fine, but i wouldn't recommend it highly. overall, it met some expectations but fell short on reliability.
- Pros: to be honest, i expected a super easy installation and it was, no pros needed for that, and the design blends in nicely, making the bathroom look a bit more modern without standing out.
- Cons: as it seemed to me, the touch sensor isn't always responsive, especially with slightly damp hands, which is ironic for a bathroom gadget, and the voltage options didn't matter much since i had to stick with what my mirror needed anyway.
