first impression when i got this cosyhome controller was that it looked simple and straightforward just the ticket for someone like me who hates fiddling with gadgets i hooked it up to my water tank at home and it started doing its thing right away no need to get wet or anything which i appreciated but after a couple of weeks of use i noticed it doesn't always catch when the water is low or high it seems to lag a bit and i had to adjust it a few times to get it right for my cooking needs where i need reliable water levels it's been okay but not perfect it saves time for sure but i expected better performance given the cost as a marketer i can evaluate that it's a decent budget option but might not be the best for heavy use or precise control overall it does the job but with some hiccups
- Pros: it keeps the water level just right without any mess as it doesn't touch the water which is super handy and it was easy to set up fitting into my tank without any fuss and it's quiet so i barely notice it working saving me from overflows and constant checking
- Cons: it seemed a bit flimsy to me not as durable as i hoped for the price and it might not work with every type of tank setup which could be a hassle for some folks and the detection isn't always spot on sometimes it misses the mark leading to minor issues
