As an older guy who's pretty tech-savvy I was excited to try this out to make life easier with my pets but honestly I'm disappointed It does the basic job of holding water quietly and the large capacity is a plus but the automatic features are hit or miss I've had to manually check it a few times which defeats the purpose and the water doesn't stay as clean as advertised I'd suggest looking for something more reliable if you're on a budget like me because while it's not terrible it's not worth the hype Save your money or wait for an upgrade TIPS keep an eye on the water level and clean it regularly to avoid issues
- Pros: The packaging is fine and it holds a good amount of water so I don't have to refill it often which is very convenient for my busy schedule and it does keep the water moving to stay fresh without making much noise at all
- Cons: It seems to have some issues with the automatic refill not always working right and the filter doesn't seem to clean as well as I hoped plus it's a bit bulky for my small space and for the price I expected better quality
