As a mom who's always cooking and dealing with a busy household, I bought this on a whim hoping it would make handwashing easier. After using it for a couple of months, it's been a mixed bag. On one hand, it's great for keeping things hygienic—no more germy pump handles, and the kids think it's fun. But on the other hand, the sensor isn't always reliable; I've had moments where it just doesn't work, and that's annoying when I'm in a rush. It looks nice on the counter, but I'm not sure it's durable enough for our family's chaos. Overall, it does the job, but I expected a bit more reliability for the price. Would I recommend it? Maybe, but with some reservations—it's okay, not amazing.
- Pros: It's really convenient to just wave my hand and get soap without touching anything, which feels much cleaner, especially with kids around. The foam comes out nicely and seems to last a long time, so I'm not refilling it too often. I like that it runs on batteries, making it easy to place anywhere without worrying about cords, and refilling it is simple—no fuss at all.
- Cons: Sometimes it doesn't sense my hand right away, and I have to wave a few times, which can be a bit frustrating. The design is sleek, but it feels a bit flimsy, not built like a tank, so I worry it might not hold up with heavy use. Also, the soap it dispenses can be a bit too foamy at times, making it messy if I'm not careful.
