my first impression was positive; i installed this myself in under an hour, and it's made parking so much less stressful. i could be wrong, but it feels like a solid upgrade for the price, though i wish the delivery had been quicker. overall, it does what it promises without any fuss.
- Pros: the video is incredibly sharp, making it easy to see details while reversing, and the wide view covers almost everything around the back of the car, which is a huge help. night vision works fairly well in low light, turning dark areas into something visible, and setting it up was straightforward with basic tools.
- Cons: shipping took a bit longer than expected, arriving a day late, but it was fine in the end. the image can sometimes distort a bit at the edges due to the wide lens, which might take some getting used to.
