My husband got this for me as a gift and at first I was very impressed with how simple it was to install no tech skills needed really and I could check on things from my phone which is very handy The cameras handle rain just fine and the wide view covers a lot of area but the false alarms are annoying I wish it was better at telling apart people and animals without me having to adjust things all the time Overall it does the job but could be improved for sure
- Pros: I liked that it was easy to set up right out of the box just what the doctor ordered and the picture is very clear even from far away at night which is great for keeping an eye on my pets outside
- Cons: The alerts can be a bit much sometimes setting it off for things like a stray cat or a car driving by and the one way talk feature is hard to use most likely because the sound doesn't carry well
